		<description>Excellent post, Rachel!  I work with communities that are in their infancy, so when building a community, you have the additional tasks of being active in currently robust communities, participating and (hopefully) driving relevant conversations there, blogger outreach, as well as producing interesting content on your own site and external sites and communities. A bit less back-channeling with your own community, but tons of back-channeling with external communities.</description>
