Carissa & Maggie -

Thank you! You both have been great supporters and people we very much appreciate. Glad to hear that The Community Roundtable is providing you with a forum for thinking a bit differently about your work and a place to come and congregate with like minded people - that's exactly what we are going for!

I'm honored to be included in this post, and proud to be a member of the Community Roundtable. You have no idea how much I needed a community like this (Ok, you probably do because I'm sure you hear it from everyone!) and just knowing I can tap the collective expertise of this incredible group helps me deal with the challenges a career in social media/community management brings. Being an agent of change is hard enough; being one without the support of a community like this one is unthinkable.

Happy Thanksgiving!

It appears as though I'm not the only one feeling a little reflective today. I'm looking back at the past year and find myself incredibly grateful for the smart and fun people with whom I've become friends. You and Jim are certainly high on that list, Rachel. I'm so glad you two formed this venture and have seen such early success. It is a direct result of the energy and commitment you've poured into it. I'm also grateful that you chose to create #TheCRLive, where I first had the pleasure of learning more about your Community Maturity Model, which has served as inspiration for me and some of my work. It gave me a forum to learn and share, but more importantly, a venue to meet with similarly driven people, many of whom I now call friends. Simply put, I'm grateful for you, for Jim and the Community Roundtable. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!
